My name is Mary, and I have personally experienced the profound healing of body work and conscious living. Once a cosmetologist in Tennessee, I relocated to Northern California to continue my studies. I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Communication cum laude from Humboldt State University in 2013. I also completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2011 and have attended many yoga therapy trainings. I continued to advance my studies and became a Clinical Ayurvedic Practitioner in 2013. I specialize in Panchakarma Therapies, Ayurvedic Body Work, Ayurvedic Facials, Aromatherapy, and Sound healing. I am an Ayurvedic Practitioner certified by the National Ayurvedic Medical Association, NAMA. I am also a certified Holistic Health Practitioner by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. I am eager to foster healing and create a safe place to relax, rest, and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.
Things that make me smile: Sunset walks on the beach with my fur baby, Chachi.
